Keri Hyland, co owner, runs the day to day operations of Shiny Side Up.  She is very busy taking care of sales, ordering, answering phones, bookeeping and also helping with parts. Remember she is not the mechanic.  Keri is a lifelong resident of the area, graduating from Kingsford high school in ???? (not allowed to tell).  Keri worked at CCI, Econo, Home Depot and Rudy's and brings a ton of retail experience to the store. She has 2 hobbies, harley's and her dog MIKI.  As many may know she has sewn a large variety of outfits for MIKI but she considers sewing a necessary evil.

Randy Piatti, co owner is the service manager and only technician.  Other than a few years out of the area, Randy is a lifelong resident of Iron Mountain being born and raised less than .3 mile from the shop. He provides over 46 years of experience starting at J&S Texico way back in 1964.  In 1975 he tested and became an ASE certified master auto and motorcycle technician a certification that he still holds today.  He has extensive experience working on every type of vehicle made, starting on computer and fuel injection systems way back on the 1976 caddies.  Randy holds a bacehlor of arts degree in industrial arts with a minor in auto technology, is vocationally certified in auto mechanics and has a masters degree in secondary school counseling.  He recentlytly retired from public education after serving 29 years as a teacher, principal and counselor and will be spending much more time in the store.  Trust your 2 wheel treasure to his experienced hands.
